What is "LASSI"?
"LAssi" is a fusion of yogurt, mango puree, cardamom, and organic cane sugar in the form of a smoothie. It was thought to be originated in Punjab, India, as far back as 1000 B.C.E. NEW! "Just Mango"
NEw this season is our "just Mango" beverage that is a blend of the same mango, imported from India, but without any dairy for lactose sensitive, or vegan, Mango Lovers. It is again combined with organic cane sugar and cardamom spice.
Mango Ice Cream &
Sorbet
This season starting after the July 4th weekend we are introducing Mango Ice cream and Mango Sorbet, both infused with our signature cardamom flavor. Mango sorbet will not contain dairy, like our just mango beverage, and the ice cream will, like our signature lassi.
